We live in an ever-changing world.  To stay ahead we must keep up with technology, understand lifestyle changes and continuously alter how we plan our roadways, communities, open space and amenities. This year the Maryland/Delaware Regional Conference challenges planners to:  Change the Mindset - Change the Planning! Moving Forward in a Changing World.  Attend sessions centered on the changing face of transportation, climate change, the economy, demographics and neighborhood revitalization.  And learn ways to embrace a different and better approach in design and planning for urban and rural areas. The conference will inspire attendees to develop innovative solutions.
